This course focuses on the learner's development of capabilities necessary to carry out management and decision-making processes in an organizational setting, including the value and purpose of mission, planning and assessment. Learners are introduced to the basic concepts, principles, and methods of social science research (qualitative and quantitative) important in strategic leadership and management settings, and how these apply to their Capstone project.
