This course is an examination of the nature and causes of conflict in organizations, the local church and religious settings and principles of effective intervention strategies for dysfunctional conflict situations.  An emphasis is placed on practical conflict management skills that will empower students to mediate disputes in their local organizations, congregations, and ministries.
